Kwiaty powinniśmy zbierać na początku i w pełni kwitnienia, czyli właśnie teraz! Chciałabym, byście wykorzystali okazję, zebrali surowce i zrobili swoje własne przetwory zielarskie. Zbiera się całe kwiatostany oraz liście. Surowce suszy się w temp, do 40 stopni C. Zbiory należy przechowywać w opakowaniach nieprzepuszczających światła, a suszyć w ciemnym miejscu. Zawarte w nich przeciwutleniacze są bardzo wrażliwe na rozkład pod wpływem światła.
Co możesz zrobić z kwiatów głogu?
Warto wykonać intrakt lub nalewkę z kwiatów oraz napar ze świeżych lub z suszonych kwiatów.
- Intrakt: czyli wyciąg alkoholowy na gorąco, sporządzamy na winie wytrawnym – 100 g świeżych, zmielonych kwiatów z liśćmi zalać 500 g gorącego wina czerwonego o temp. 80o C Macerować 14 dni, przefiltrować. Taki intrakt można zażywać 2 razy dziennie po 15 ml lub 1 raz dziennie po małym kieliszeczku na dobrze krążenie krwi.
- Napar – 1 łyżkę świeżego lub suszonego kwiatu z liściem zalewamy szklanką wrzącej wody, odstawiamy pod przykryciem na około 20-30 minut, całość przecedzamy. Taki napar wypijamy regularnie przez co najmniej 3 miesiące, w 2-3 porcje w ciągu dnia.
- Nalewkę – Pół szklanki suchych kwiatów, liści i kwiatów zalewamy 400 ml wódki, macerujemy przez 14 dni, po tym czasie nalewkę należy przefiltrować. Zażywamy 3-4 razy dziennie po 10 ml.
Takie przetwory zielarskie działają korzystnie na organizm kobiecy w okresie menopauzy, ponieważ znoszą zawroty głowy, uderzenia gorąca oraz przeciwdziałają skokom ciśnienia.
