- wykorzystania energii z pożywienia,
- prawidłowego funkcjonowania układu nerwowego,
- wytwarzania czerwonych krwinek,
- utrzymania dobrej kondycji skóry i błon śluzowych.
Witaminy ADEK odpowiadają z kolei za:
- prawidłowe widzenie,

- fasolę.
Owoce jakie zaleca święta to:
- jabłka,

- owoce cytrusowe,
- gruszki.
Z kolei mięso i przetwory mleczne powinny być tylko dodatkiem do posiłków, a nie ich podstawą.
Warto wypróbować porady św. Hildegardy, a może kolejny sezon jesienno-zimowy okaże się dla nas wolnym od uciążliwych infekcji.
